எதிர் தங்களின் தனியுரிமைகளைப் பாதுகாக்க உறுதியளிக்கிறது. தங்களின் தனிப்பட்ட விவரங்கள் எதுவும் உங்கள் அனுமதியின்றி பிறடிடம் பகிரவோ விற்கவோ படாது.

கீழே விவரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள எங்களின் அறிக்கைகளை தயவு கூர்ந்து கவனிக்கவும். தங்களின் விவரங்களை பகிரும் முன் பின்வரும் தனியுரிமை அறிக்கையை கவனமாக படிக்கவும்.

இந்த அறிக்கை 24மே,2018 ல் இருந்து செயலாக்கம் பெறும். இது General Data Protection Regulation 2016 என்ற ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியத்தின் சட்டத்திற்கு (25 மே, 2௦18 இல் இருந்து அமுல்) கீழ் படிந்து Data Protection Act 1998 என்ற சட்டத்திற்கு மேம்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

 

தாங்கள் பகிரும் விவரங்கள்:

தனிநபர் விவரங்கள்: பெயர், முகவரி

தொடர்பு கொள்ள : முகவரி, மின்னஞ்சல், தொலைபேசி எண்

உறுப்பினர்/ இணக்கம் : தொழிற்சங்கம், மாணவர் சங்கம் அல்லது சமூக அமைப்புகளில் உறுப்பினராக இருக்கும் விவரங்கள்

மற்றவை: புத்தக விருப்பங்கள், விண்ணப்பங்கள் சேர்த்தல், புத்தக விற்பனை.

 

உங்கள் விவரங்கள் என்ன செய்யப்படுகின்றன:

உள் பதிவு வைத்திருத்தல்.

எதிர் ஊடகத்தின் அபிவிருத்திகள், நடவடிக்கைகள், கூட்டங்கள் பற்றிய செய்திகள் பகிர்வதற்கு பயன்படுத்துதல்.

இடையிடையே மின்னஞ்சல்கள் அனுப்புதல். General Data Protection Regulation 2016 ஆனது தாங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல்கள் எங்களிடம் இருந்து தொடர்ந்து பெற விரும்பின் தங்கள் விருப்பத்தை opt in என தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும் என வலியுறுத்துகிறது. அதானல்தான் இந்த அறிக்கையை படித்தபின் உங்கள் விபரங்களைத் தரும்படி கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.

உங்களின் தனியுரிமையைப் பாதுகாத்தல்

தங்களின் விவரங்கள் எதுவும் எங்களின் முக்கியமான ஏற்பாட்டுக் குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் தாண்டி பகிரவோ அணுகவோ படாது. தங்களின் தகவல்கள் அனைத்தும் கடவுச்சொல்(password) மூலம் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டு மிகவும் பாதுகாப்பான சூழலில் பத்திரப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இருப்பினும், எங்களுக்கு வலை சேவையகம் அல்லது சேவைகள் சொந்தமானது இல்லை. அதில் நீங்கள் பகிரும் விவரங்கள் அல்லது சமூக வலை தளங்களில் பகிரும் விவரங்கள்  அனைத்தும் அவ்வலை உரிமையாளரையே சாரும். அதற்கு எதிர் நிறுவனம் பொறுப்பேற்காது.

தங்களின் தகவல்கள் பற்றிய கவலை இருப்பின், தங்களின் தகவல்கள் சமரசம் செய்யப்பட்டதாக நீங்கள் அறிந்து இருந்தால் எங்களுக்கு உடனே அறிவிக்குமாறு தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். உடன் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.

குக்கீஸ்(Cookies) எவ்வாறு உபயோகிக்கப்படுகின்றன

தங்கள் அந்தரங்க தகவல்களை பாதுகாக்க எடுக்க வேண்டிய நடவடிக்கைகள்

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016 சட்டத்தின்படி ஒவ்வொரு தனிநபரும் எதிர் போன்ற அமைப்புகளில் இருந்து மின்னஞ்சல்கள் பெற opt in என்று தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும். அதற்கான வசதிகளை 25 மே, 2018 முன் எங்கள் தளத்தில் பெற உறுதி செய்கிறோம்.

மேலும், தங்கள் தகவல்களை பகிர அல்லது எதிர் மின்னஞ்சல்களை இனிமேல் பெற விருப்பமில்லை எனில் நீங்கள் ‘unsubscribe’ அல்லது ‘opt out’ போன்ற விருப்பங்களை தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.

எங்களிடம் உள்ள தங்களின் தனிப்பட்ட தகவல்களை பெற விரும்பின் Data Protection Act/GDPR ன் படி பெற்று கொள்ளலாம். அதற்காக சிறு கட்டணம் செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டி இருக்கும்.

எங்களிடம் உள்ள தங்களின் தனிப்பட்ட தகவல்கள் தவறாக அல்லது முழுமையற்று இருப்பின் எங்களை கூடிய விரைவில் தொலைபேசி அல்லது மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும். தேவையான திருத்தங்கள் உடனடியாக செய்யப்படும்.

Protection

We do not provide access to our data to any person or group outside of the leading Organising Committee of Ethir. Your information is password protected and kept in a secure, protected environment.

Please note, however, that we do not own the web server or services you may use to give your details. Some of our online presence is controlled by web service providers and social media owners.

Notify us immediately if you have any concerns that data is being compromised, so that we can take immediate action.

 

How we use cookies
